Terms & Conditions
One night deposit required to secure booking for short term stays. Balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$500 deposit required for stays of 1 week or more. Balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
A $500 bond applies for all bookings and is returned by bank transfer after satisfactory checkout.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Within 14 days : No refund.
More than 15 days notice : Refund is one nightly rate
Payment via direct bank transfer.

Check out Time: 10:00
Guests: The cottage is strictly for 6 persons only plus cot facility.
